Wale - "Say Something" Freestyle

Wale takes his turn with this Timberland track after Drake and Lupe had their way with it. I hope this doesn't turn into the "A Milli" of the end of '09. Wale's Attention Deficit and Timberland's Shock Value 2 are both in stores now.

Nneka – Walking (J. Period Remix) f. Jay Electronica

J.Period presents The Madness (Onye-Ala) as the next chapter in a long line of game-changing mixtapes presented in his unique, storybook style. J.Period’s most recent work, “The Messengers” (a collection of Fela Kuti, Bob Marley and Bob Dylan remixes featuring K’NAAN was another great collection of mixtapes. It's great to see another African artist introduced to to the world. This track right here is with my favorite rapper right now Jay Electronica aka Jota Flowers.

Obama In Norway To Pick Up Nobel Peace Prize

President Obama and first lady Michelle arrived in Norway today to accept the Nobel Peace Prize for 2009. This comes on the heels of the president announcing he was sending 30000 additional American troops to Afghanistan. At the ceremony, Obama will accept a $1.4 million prize check, a gold medal and a diploma. President Obama who is currently still fighting wars in two countries, should use this opportunity in my opinion to denounce those wars. I feel when he ends those wars and brings peace to both of those nations this award will be fitting. Until then we shall wait and see how peaceful this administration will truly be.
