"This Is To The Memory of Danroy Henry"

In this video the father of college footballer Danroy Henry thanks Jay-Z and Kanye West on behalf of his family for bringing attention to the murder of his son in their Watch The Throne track ‘Murder to Excellence’. Danroy Henry was shot and killed by a New York Police Officer last October.

TIBH: Sierra Leone

On this date in 1961 Sierra Leone became politically independent of Great Britain. It would take another ten years but in April 1971 they became a republic.

Fonzworth Bentley 'C.O.L.O.U.R.S.' [MIXTAPE]

Fonzworth Bentley's music is finally seeing the light of day. His new mixtape, C.O.L.O.U.R.S. has 17 tracks in total including a couple previously released songs that have been on here. This is being called a mixtape but at one point this was suppose his debut album under Kanye's G.O.O.D. Music label. You can stream the entire mixtape here or go to iTunes and purchase the music.

Here's a sample of what you are gonna get from Mr. Bentley...

The Samples Behind Kanye's My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy

Here is a playlist of the samples Kanye used for his latest masterpiece My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. I still buy cds to this date to find out what songs were sampled on each track. Kanye is one of if not the best at the art of sampling.

J. Cole- Friday Night Lights [Mixtape]

I don't think this post needs to say much. The music speaks for its self. Download and enjoy.

Throwback Thursday: The Louis Vuitton Don on Def Poetry

I'm still waiting for the real and full version of this poem turned track. I'm not sure if John Mayer will still be on it if it ever sees the day of light. Kanye has never been a shy or modest guy.

"Ralph Lauren was boring before I wore him"- Kanye West

Theo Martins – Power [Video]

The homie Theo Martins just dropped his stop-motion video for his dance remake of Kanye's power. Pretty dope video for a very creative rendition of the song. Mr. Martins has been putting out fresh music and concepts all year.

Bonus: Theo Martins: 20 Thousand Leagues (The Feather)

Kanye West - Coldest Winter [Video]

Mr. West is still at it making videos for songs off 808's. I'm a little shocked he didn't come out with more of them. This album is still getting heavy play over here.

We Are The World (25 For Haiti) [VIdeo]

It was a nice try and their hearts were in the right place. But its still Original > 2010 Remake.
