Sunday Matinee: Spike Lee's 25th Hour

Nneka – Viva Africa [Video]

Enjoy this as you watch the rest of the World Cup. This Nneka track is a song from the official 2010 FIFA World Cup album. I have had a great time watching thus far. ESPN has been doing a pretty good job with their story lines and apartheid. I still think they could do a better job, but then they would have to step on too many toes of countries currently playing in this tournament.

Sunday Matinees....

"Cause the streets is a short stop, either you slangin crack-rock or you got a wicked jump shot" -Notorious B.I.G.

The classic story of an All-American Hoops star picking the neighborhood and streets over D1 basketball and maybe the NBA.... At the age of 18 Karlton went from being the king of the courts in NY, to a Don of the Bronx.

Sunday Matinees.....

The making of my favorite Rap CD of all-time Reasonable Doubt... This is a classic video for a classic album.

Another watch for this afternoon besides the 1st week of football.... She Hate Me ( another Spike Lee Joint)
